Brasch-Barry General Contractors, Inc. was started in 1989 by John Brasch and Stephen Barry, who agreed that time had come for a new type of construction company, run by professionals who were capable of providing the following full-range of product services in this "one-stop-shopping" environment:

  • Structural Analysis
  • Renovation / Restoration
  • Budget Estimation
  • Programming / Design
  • Construction Management

Design-build work and standard construction delivery systems, such as plan-and-spec bid work, are also performed, on both a negotiated and bid basis.

The company currently employs over 40 field employees and an office staff of 10 people.

Brasch, an engineer by training and Barry, an architect, have the background and technical expertise to manage their company in the manner necessary to produce top-quality projects for their clients.

Brasch-Barry clients are by choice, a diverse group.  Because of the service-oriented nature of their business, Brasch-Barry projects vary in size as the client may demand.  The company is capable of complex, challenging projects such as:

Brasch-Barry performs work in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Tennessee.  The company self-performs most all carpentry-related work such as concrete, framing, trim work, and other finish trades.   The merit-shop company employs over fifty full-time staff and crew and has a bonding capacity of over $15,000,000.
